System Overview
QANAQ Club functions as a closed working model where companies are selected and organized into
curated groups. Each group operates within a defined annual framework under the governance of QANAQ
leadership.
The objective is to ensure that international projects are evaluated through structured dialogue
before capital is committed and risks materialize.
Group Formation
Members are organized into groups of 10–25 companies. Groups are formed exclusively by QANAQ
leadership based on sector focus, geographic targets and execution capacity.
Self-selection is not permitted.
The composition of each group is strategically designed to enable meaningful collaboration,
aligned project interests and compatible operational structures.
Membership is company-based and requires representation at:
- Shareholder or Board level
- C-Level or General Management level
- Business Development or Project Management level
Online Meetings
Each group participates in 10 structured online meetings per year.
Online sessions:
* Last a minimum of two hours
* Follow a predefined agenda
* Are divided into consecutive working segments
* Focus on real projects, tenders and market interpretation
Discussions center on:
* Project reading and evaluation
* Interpretation of foreign technical standards
* Partner and subcontractor alignment
* Risk awareness before bidding
* Online meetings form the operational backbone of the system.
Physical Meetings
QANAQ Club organizes two physical meetings per year, each positioned at a distinct leadership level. The Board & C-Level meeting focuses on long-term international positioning, governance alignment, risk-sharing structures and strategic commitment frameworks. The Business Development meeting concentrates on tender interpretation, joint venture alignment, subcontractor selection and execution preparation. This layered structure ensures that insight, strategy and final decision-making remain aligned across all leadership levels.

Confidentiality & Governance
All meetings are closed sessions accessible only to confirmed members. Detailed agendas and
project discussions are confidential.Applicants undergo legal and capacity verification prior to
confirmation. Final approval is granted by QANAQ leadership.
QANAQ Club operates under professional governance, ensuring discipline, alignment and strategic
consistency across all groups. QANAQ Club is not an association and not an open networking
platform.
